The World can be Anything, really.

In this case, a symphony(in the non-figurative sense).

Some years ago, I once had this thought experiment, based on the theory that at every moment of the day, something interestingly musical is happening somewhere in the world - excluding "music" made by actual musical instruments - and by correctly hearing these sounds in the right order, you'd be able to make music out of it, or in other words, you'd ultimately be hearing a musical arrangement.

That's pretty vague, so let's put it into context..; for example, people sneeze. And at every second of every day, it's probably correct to say that someone, somewhere on this planet, is executing a sneeze.
Alright, so that's the base case.
Now, to pick out the right pitch.
The pitch of a sneeze differs from people to people, so if you were able to tune into the specific sneeze of a certain pitch every second(like radio signals, but instantly), you'd be hearing.. music!

Oh oops, my bad. For now, let's define "music" as a simple arrangement of sounds to create a melody and perhaps an accompaniment.

Yeah, it's basically making music out of sound samples, except it's not being produced as an actual music file, but stays as a thought.

If you think about it, it's kinda cool. This is happening all the time, not bound by any parameters, but at the same time, it's not happening.

If you think about it too much, it's magnificent.
What you can't hear could possibly be the greatest piece of music(or sound) you'd ever hear in a lifetime. Or the opposite.
It's constantly making sounds, the world is alive, blahblhablhablahblahblah, yep.

So I used to think about random things that nobody would bother to think about, but now, all I think about is how to kill that damn spy on tf2.

Bloody spies.
